Beautiful cups

We have had our cups about a year now and love them as much as when we first got them.
Their main use is after church services - the original sized ones are perfect and I love that it feels like a real cup not plastic or metal (or wasteful disposable)
I get a lot of compliments!

So I bought the Whistler 11oz and the cork sleeve. I absolutely love my cup. Coffee stays hot for a while (I’m a mum and a teacher so hot coffee is a must) and it’s easy to hold.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, a small fee will apply. Or you can upgrade to express if you need it in a rush

What if I break my cup?

We understand that accidents happen, and that's why we have our "Break-even" policy. If you break your Glaze cup, you can purchase a replacement cup for half price. Simply contact us with your order number and a photo of the broken cup, and we'll send you a discount code for 50% off your next purchase.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Glaze cup. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The cup must be undamaged and unused to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Will I require a heat sleeve?

Specialty coffee should never be served so hot that you cannot hold your cup. However, if you drink tea, black coffee, or prefer your beverages extra hot, then a heat sleeve would be a good idea. You can opt to add one of our cork sleeves to your order.

Can I buy extra lids?

Yes, you can purchase additional lids for your Glaze cup. We offer lids in eight different colours, so you can mix and match to create your own unique style. Simply add the desired lids to your order during checkout.

Can the cups go in the dishwasher?

Yes, our ceramic cups are dishwasher-safe. They can also be used in the microwave and oven. However, we recommend washing the silicone lids by hand to prolong their lifespan.

What size coffee will these cups be suited for?

Glaze cups come in an 8oz size, which is equivalent to 225ml. The standard measure for most specialty coffee drinks is 6oz, so there is a little room for extra milk, to your liking. Our cups are also suitable for tea, hot chocolate, and other beverages.
